It was truly an honor and blessing to have Christiam as our realtor. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what so ever about how the process goes. She guided us every step of the way. In the very early stages, she invited us to seminar in her office which was very informative. We checked out different homes and when we were almost going to select one, she was doing some searches on her end and found another home similar to the one we wanted but with extra perks. Thank God she found that one because we fell in love with it even more and that’s our home now!! Christiam is so knowledgeable and would explain literally anything and everything throughout the whole process (from little things to bigger things, you name it). She referred us to a home inspector, attorney, and mortgage lender. It was all a positive experience. Even after we closed in the house, she calls us to check up on us and see how things are going. I am so happy that we went with her as our realtor, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to make our dreams come true. If you are looking for someone who is responsible, honest, punctual, reliable, friendly, and understanding, Christiam is the BEST of the best and will not let you down.

Mr. Tsougranis , team and entire family are truly great. He is a person of integrity, loyal and diligent. If you do business with him you will never regret it. I’m a Bronx born, raised in the South Bronx and consider myself a good judge of character. Gregory is what you pray for because he is a family man and you become his family. He will deal with you, as he would want you to deal with him. Highly respectful and you don’t have to worry about any under the table dealing. Michael found a buyer for my Co-op within a day, and when the board had issues with that buyer found another buyer in less than a week. and was always there when I needed him.

I first met Michael when I tried to set up an appointment to see a home on a Saturday afternoon. None of the realtors was available on such a short notice, especially on a Saturday afternoon; but not Michael. He met me at the house within 30 minutes, although it was not his listing. I finally closed on the purchase of my home. It was an awesome experience, but I believe what made it great, was the team behind the process. Morris Park Realty Group. From the very first moment I began working with Israel and his business partner George, I felt a sense of security. They work great as a team. If for any reason I had a question I could text either one of them. I always got a quick response. Not only would my questions be answered, they’d follow up on my concerns and cc the others on the team in order for all of us to be on the same page. Israel asked me to come to his office for a meeting as soon as I was approved. He gave me all the info I was looking for and explained the entire process and what I would be paying out of pocket. He was very informative and right on point. He never had a problem with my millions of questions. On the contrary, he welcomed them and said he wanted me to feel comfortable at all time. I’m a picky person and so I thought that finding a home would be difficult. However George Was very familiar with every area I took an interest in. Zahwah is the nicest and amazing person I’ve ever met. Her patience has no limits. As frustrating as the home buying process can be, Zahwah’s help made the process much better. Vinnie and his staff are great! We were nervous about selling our home which was in the family for over 100 years! Viola helped my husband and I buy our first home. We were clueless in the beginning of the process of buying a home. We didn’t know if we wanted to buy a house, a townhouse or a condo. Vincent is a wonderful real estate agent. He is very accommodating, flexible with her hours, and is a great pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable in the field and has contacts in the area. I do not recommend. She would take days to respond to an email if at all. Would have to call her multiple times (cell and office) to get in touch with her. I reached out to her on 4/21 regarding signing a lease for a property we had viewed. We received the lease for signing 5/8 and there were a number of inconsistencies from the information she provided during the viewing, including move in date and brokers fee.

Realtor Lisa Anderson worked with us at every step to make sure we understood the process and the options that were at our disposal. We were able to close confidently and with a strong level of satisfaction upon completion. We thank Ms. Anderson for all of her help and support in what could’ve been a tedious and somewhat arduous process.

I am currently relocating from Rockland to Westchester. I wasn’t mentally committed to finding a realtor…or a property being listed by one. I assumed I could do it myself and save the money. After some questionable posts on Craigslist and nothing in the paper, I decided the safest way is probably with a realtor. That was the best decision I made. I found an apt through Teresa and I am sooo happy..and relieved at the same time. I’m in a great area. I have a 10 minute commute. The apt is perfect for me. She moved quickly and secured it for me. I met the landlord, filled out the application, and signed the lease almost immediately. I would recommend Teresa Cannady any day!

Ms. Cannady is a very gracious, hard-working person. Since I needed to find a place in a timely fashion, Ms. Cannady gave me her undivided attention in helping me find a place. We visited several places. She emailed and sent information about several locations for me to visit. There was no shortage in the amount of places she sent me. Many were to my liking. We visited several places. Any questions that I had, Ms. Cannady tried to find the answers. She did not pressure me to make up my mind about any place. When I did find the apartment that I liked, she was committed to finding the right information in regards to parking, which was important to me. I was able to find my apartment in about three weeks. The apartment had everything I had been looking for.

Teresa Cannady was a great asset when I purchased my home in Mt. Vernon, New York in 2005. Prior to settling on the house that I purchased, she showed me many houses, always patient, making every effort to help me find what I wanted. She is competent in the business and was therefore helpful in an answering my many questions as a first time home buyer. She is a terrific guide through the maze of home buying and I highly recommend her to any one!

There were several issues surrounding the sale of this property. Teresa’s main asset is communication and responsiveness.She would call me as the negotiations were in full swing. Once we had a deal and other problems arose, she always let me know where we stood.I always felt I was dealing with someone who cared about me! I would recommend Teresa to all my friends without reservation.

If I could give 10 stars for realtor John Rota, I would! John is amazing…he is intelligent, hard-working, kind, funny and has an attention to detail that is unlike anything I’ve seen. I am sitting in my dream house right now because of him! We had been looking at Westchester County properties for about 1.5 years with another realtor and were really frustrated. Either the homes were not anything like we had asked to see, or when we saw something we liked, we would find out it already had another accepted offer or was going into short sale. Finally a girlfriend of mine reached out to me and said she had used John and really loved him and she thought we should give him a shot. This is our second home purchase, our first with Dina. Our’s was a complicated transaction since it was a VA transaction with a simultaneous sale of our first house and purchase of our second. The second couldn’t happen without the first. Dina was able to help us navigate through the process, not because we were not aware of what to expect, but with our demanding work schedules we were not able to handle the details. Dina was able to navigate us through all sides of the transactions with finesse. In addition to that Dina was sensitive to our needs in respect to our family pets and was very diligent about their protection and safety in the event that we were not able to be present in the home. Dina was also in the know of VA regulations and requirements, it’s a lot more intricate. She knew what we wanted in a house and was honest with us about qualities in a house that would not work for us. Dina handled two closings for us and made sure that both were smooth transactions. She handled all of our concerns in a professional manner. I wish we had another house to buy to use her again – however we are finally in our dream home. I feel like the real estate gods smiled on me because I called her by chance, and then she turned out to be the kindest and most helpful realtor I could hope for. This was my first time purchasing an apartment, and Christiam was there with me the whole way through. I’m detail-oriented so I always had a lot of questions, and she was very patient and took the time to answer everything. She took me to several different listings, and for the ones I was more interested in, she also took the time to drive me around the area and show me the neighborhood. She kept me informed as the whole process moved forward, and also reached out on my behalf as needed when things were taking longer than they should. Being a first time buyer (and a detail-oriented person) I had a lot of questions; she answered each of them and laid out the entire process step by step, so I could have an idea of what to expect. I hope to be having my co-op board interview soon, so the process isn’t completely finished yet, but I can still say with complete confidence that Christiam is a wonderful realtor and a kind person. I first met Bryant when he came to my moms home for an interview as she was thinking about selling. As a salesperson myself, I could tell by the way he dressed & conducted himself that he’s professional and the guy for the job. Due to several issues beyond our & Bryants control the home took some time to sell – harsh winter, family crisis, etc. Bryant was there through everything. Always calm, cool and collected.
