It was truly an honor and blessing to have Christiam as our realtor. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what so ever about how the process goes. She guided us every step of the way. In the very early stages, she invited us to seminar in her office which was very informative. Thank God she found that one because we fell in love with it even more and that’s our home now!! Christiam is so knowledgeable and would explain literally anything and everything throughout the whole process (from little things to bigger things, you name it). She referred us to a home inspector, attorney, and mortgage lender. It was all a positive experience. Even after we closed in the house, she calls us to check up on us and see how things are going. I am so happy that we went with her as our realtor, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to make our dreams come true. Gregory and his team did an excellent job marketing and selling my coop. Coops are a difficult proposition and I had moved from the area. Their professionalism gave me confidence – especially important since I couldn’t be there. After a cash buyer did not meet management/board approval (about 45days) It was relisted, sold and transacted in 90 days at asking price. He an his team were instrumental in preparing the unit – preparation, repair and presentation for showing and sale. I could not be happier with the process and results.

Zahwa is the rarest of gems in a tough business. I was jaded after two forays in New York real estate, but she has restored my faith after the recent sale of our home. I reached out to a few different realtors about purchasing a condo beginning in November of 2018. The first few added me to a list and sent me a few emails with listings, but I was still lacking the general knowledge I needed to move forward. For a first time homebuyer it was difficult arranged a meeting for us, explained the process to me, and before I knew it we were off looking at properties the first available weekend I was available. After having my offer accepted, Zahwa stayed on top of things. As executor of my sisters estate I was charged with several challenges with regard to 1, finding a home for one of her daughters and 2, selling her home. She was there for settlement, move out and move in to the new house, helped unpack and even went as far as helping to hang pictures. We met Israel on purpose. (by my statement I meant that my husband walked into Exit’s office after several frustrating experiences with another realtor and asked for one of their best agents and he appeared.) Whether or not it was by chance , it was the best chance we’ve ever taken on such an important step in our lives. Israel is definitely experienced when it comes to the market and the steps it takes to get to closing. Had it not been for him I think we might have been in a holding/waiting pattern for another several weeks on top of the original 3 months between the down-payment and closing date. Esther is a dream of a realestate agent. Whether you are a resident of the larger New York state area or an out-of-state, newcomer, she is exactly who you need to connect with. I was moving in from Seattle, WA and truly had a terrible experience connecting with all the local agents of Bronx. Many were immediately non-responsive or quickly dismissive because I was an incoming student requiring an out-of-state co-signer/guarantor. Many spoke to me for a short string of e-mails or texts and quickly faded out without notice. Many were simply unkind and very obviously looking for quick, easy transactions with people who had the right numbers and lacked the extra effort of paperwork (self-reliant tenats with the credit and own income). Upon my initial inquiry with Esther, she e-mailed and called the same day. I told her of my situation as a student and requirement of an out-of-state guarantor. She was lovely and kind. She listened to my preferences for an apartment (decent counter space in the kitchen), location, and budget. Amazingly, out of the 19 agents I had been interacting with, she followed through with her promise to find my needs. For the next 5 days leading up to the showing of the first apartment I inquired about, she e-mailed me a series of other units and locations to consider within a decent commute time to campus. She updated on which ones happen to stay and come off the market during that time (spring has high turn over) and reconfirmed our appointment the night before. The morning of, I finished looking at a different location with another agent and she accomdated to meet with me early upon request. She readily explained the dynamic of each potential landlord’s relationship with a tenant, the park-ability of each neighborhood, and even Google-mapped my commute to school from the further locations from campus. Most notable is she is extremely professional and approachable. She had the flexibility and level temperment to deal with a series of late clients before me–unphased–and was the only agent who provided me with the paperwork all NY agents are legally required to provide clients about their role as an agent. She was never, NEVER pushy about a sale, and provided a very comfortable environment to ask questions, address concerns, and the space to think as you looked around. If you are looking for an genuine, professional, and reliable agent, I absolutely recommend and insist everyone to reach out to Esther. She is was the best agent I worked with moving into NY out of 19 agents I came across.

We sold a condo with Luis and it was so painless! We had our condo on the market for 6 months with another realtor and didn’t have any interest. The first time I met Walter, the weather was bad. It was rainy and we were scheduled to see several co-ops that evening. I was able to see four or five that evening and picked the best one for me. The place needed a lot of renovation, but I was willing to do the work as it was such a great deal! We put in an offer and went back and forth with the seller for about a week before a counter offer was accepted. Walter was great in communicating with me throughout the entire process. This meant a great deal to me as this was my first time purchasing. One of the snags in the purchasing process was with the attorney I choose.. He did not communicate with me in a timely manner. In fact, the day I was scheduled to see him, to review documents and sign, his office was closed! Once I had enough, Walter recommended that I use one of the attorneys he worked with in the past….he got everything done right away! Since the purchasing process has been completed, Walter has kept lines of communication open. We have recently been in touch, and its time for me to look for a bigger place. I will definitely ask for his help in selling this co-op and in finding something bigger. I recommend giving Walter a call if you want to buy a home. He is always there to answer my questions and to ensure the transaction is completed successfully.

I wanted to thank Walter for helping me sell my home. Walter was the second real estate agent that I hired to get my home sold. I had to do a short sale on my home and Chase bank was giving me a very hard time. I remember the process was very long and stressful on my part, but in the end I stuck by what Walter told me and we were able to close on the sale! Buying a home is one of the scariest steps anyone can take but it is worth it, especially when you have a wonderful and dedicated team like Christiam Velez and the Luis Fernandez Team from Keller Williams Realty. Luis Fernandez and his team were referred by Egypt Sherrod, realtor and host of HGTV’s “Property Virgins” so I knew I was in great hands. Luis and Christiam were upfront. They told us that buying a home can be an emotional roller coaster but that they would be with us through the entire process and assured us that the right home would speak to us. Throughout the process, they diligently responded to my inquiries, calmed all of our fears and doubts, and walked us through the buying process with such patience and professionalism that we felt comfortable enough to make an offer on a house when the time came. I remember walking into our new home and it spoke to us. You know that feeling when you go back to your childhood home to visit your parents and the home’s atmosphere just hugs you. You feel good and safe and happy. Well, that’s what we feel every day when we wake up, go to work and come back to our new home. Luis and Christiam were right. I can’t thank them enough for their time and dedication and would recommend this team to family, friends and anyone looking to buy a home.

This review is long overdue since I signed my lease 3 months ago, however, my experience with Arielle cannot be forgotten. I started correspondence with Arielle in October 2018 and right away I knew that she was going to be the broker I wanted to have when looking for my first apartment with my boyfriend. She was very easy to access gave very quick and thorough responses to all the questions that I had.. and I had many. She automatically sent videos and pictures of the available spaces that she had available and this was extremely helpful so I could rest assured that the listings were real and I could see the apartment since most viewings clashed with my work schedule. There was a time when I was not 100% sure about my apartment search and had some family emergencies to take care of but Arielle was very understanding and patient during the process. When I finally wanted to actively search and view apartments, Arielle was there every step of the way. She was very punctual and informative about the building and their policies. My boyfriend and I wound up signing the lease on the first apartment she showed us and she made the process so smooth. Everything happened within a week! I really appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and patience that Arielle has and we are really happy with our apartment. We were so nervous about the whole process being that this is our first apartment together and Arielle made it so much easier. Thanks Arielle!!!

Arielle was wonderful from the moment I contacted her! she went beyond her means working around the clock to assist me in submitting all of my paperwork in a timely manner and secure a place for me and my dog. She made my dog a priority and worked against my short deadline since my last lease had expired and I had decided last minute I needed a change. She was friendly, she gave me a full tour of my apartment and even advocated for me to get my keys sooner. I couldn’t be any happier in my new place nearly 6 months later.

Arielle was excellent in assisting my boyfriend and I acquire our rental apartment. She was prompt and knowledgeable about what was required from us and kept us in the loop during all steps. I would highly recommend Arielle for any real estate services needed.

Alfred is unethical and shady as can be. We used him to sell our house but it failed because in order to be our Realtor he told us the house was worth $50K more then it was. He listed the house much higher showing us that he’ll get us top price so we selected him, but it sat on the market for a full year with 3 price cuts. He also told us he would only represent us but every offer we got Alfred was our realtor as well as the buyers realtor. To me that’s really fishy and when we called him out on it he said his buyers are the only ones giving us an offer. Right! We will never use Alfred again. He doesn’t have knowledge of the process, he doesn’t communicate in a timely and professional manner. And more than anything else he is not good at his job. He doesn’t go the extra mile. I don’t think he knows how to. Just look at how many houses he has sold or helped buy in the last year that will tell you how ineffective he is. Numbers don’t lie.

Alfred deserves a “shout-out” from me based on my recent first-time home buying experience. Despite being in an insanely competitive local home buying market, Alfred went above and beyond to help me locate and then purchase our current home. My current home was not even on the market or listing services, yet Alfred through his reach and local expertise, was able to secure it for me and my family. Alfred differentiated himself from all the other brokers by truly understanding my family needs

Agustin got me the deal of my life. I was a first time buyer, the first deal we got into, I walked away due to come negligence on the sellers part. The second deal he got me, was a under the market value foreclosed property. It was a great choice based on my budget, neighborhood and location. The guy is well connected and if you ask, he will refer you to all kinds of great professionals. When you are a first time buyer this is very important, you need someone to trust and this guy definitely is trustworthy. Every individual that he recommended ended up being as trustworthy as he was: the attorney, the loan agent, and a contractor I needed to complete some repairs. Whatever you ask he will get it for you. On top of that, he was very patient, respectful, and professional. He held my hand throughout the entire process, was available to answer my questions and calmed the anxieties of a first time home buyer. I couldn’t have chosen a better agent to work with. I finally closed on the purchase of my home. It was an awesome experience, but I believe what made it great, was the team behind the process. Morris Park Realty Group. From the very first moment I began working with Israel and his business partner George, I felt a sense of security. They work great as a team. If for any reason I had a question I could text either one of them. I always got a quick response. Not only would my questions be answered, they’d follow up on my concerns and cc the others on the team in order for all of us to be on the same page. Israel asked me to come to his office for a meeting as soon as I was approved. He gave me all the info I was looking for and explained the entire process and what I would be paying out of pocket.
