Amanda, I have to say was the best realtor we worked with to help find a condo for my daughter who was new to the area. We wanted a nice safe area, as she was going to be living alone and near the rail line. Amanda, took the extra time with us as she say the we were nervous and concerned for a nice place but with reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Amanda for all of you realtor needs.

Working with Amanda was a great experience and I highly recommend her without reservation. Amanda’s knowledge and experience were a godsend. She helped me focus my criteria and then narrow down my search area so that we focused on those apartments that really matched what was important to me. Her knowledge of the different areas and their relative housing markets was also impressive and helpful in doing this. As a first-time home buyer, I had tons of questions and wanted to get as much information as possible on the entire process and the properties we were visiting. Amanda was patient with me, fully answered all my questions promptly, and helped guide me through the entire process. Going through the offer process, Amanda was on top of everything and very prompt. She helped me understand the whole process, provided lots of guidance in arriving at the right values/offers, and was diligent in negotiating with the sellers’ brokers and keeping me updated every step of the way. Once we had an accepted offer, her efforts did not stop. She helped me find an inspector, and after the contract was signed, she continued to check in with me and answer any questions I had. She also reviewed my board package (the property is a coop apartment) before I submitted it, and helped get us to the finish line as smoothly as possible. As I told her after the closing, there’s no way I could have gone through the process without her help and guidance. It was a true pleasure working with Amanda, and her knowledge, expertise, and assistance were invaluable in helping me navigate the entire process, and of course in helping my purchase my first home!! Amanda was an absolute joy to work with! My wife and I could not recommend her more highly. She was very transparent with information and helped us ease into the home-buying process as first time buyers without being overwhelming. Once we got our bearings for the market, she was super responsive with sending us listings and showing us homes. She was incredibly dedicated, typically taking her whole Saturday or Sunday to show us homes an hour from her home location. The only reason we gave 4/5 stars for local knowledge is because the area we moved to was far from her main locality, but she knew the area well and helped us to see how much we loved the location. We got a great deal on our new home and owe it to her, as she gave us very smart advice on negotiating the lowest we could get. She was also super personable and very easy to talk with and get along with and that goes a long way with realtors, as they are people you need to feel very comfortable with when home-buying. She was a wonderful realtor and we again can’t recommend her enough.

Amanda is very helpful and answers all questions. She will go out of her way to find out any info that you need regarding the house you are purchasing. She helped me find an inspector who was excellent at his job.
