Amanda was an absolute joy to work with! My wife and I could not recommend her more highly. She was very transparent with information and helped us ease into the home-buying process as first time buyers without being overwhelming. Once we got our bearings for the market, she was super responsive with sending us listings and showing us homes. She was incredibly dedicated, typically taking her whole Saturday or Sunday to show us homes an hour from her home location. The only reason we gave 4/5 stars for local knowledge is because the area we moved to was far from her main locality, but she knew the area well and helped us to see how much we loved the location. We got a great deal on our new home and owe it to her, as she gave us very smart advice on negotiating the lowest we could get. She was also super personable and very easy to talk with and get along with and that goes a long way with realtors, as they are people you need to feel very comfortable with when home-buying. She was a wonderful realtor and we again can’t recommend her enough.

Amanda is an extraordinary professional. Her advise and expertise sold our house within 12 days of listing the property, for 99% of the asking price! Amanda then helped us find our “forever” house and negotiated with the sellers to get us an amazing deal. Her extensive knowledge of the housing market was invaluable and made both the selling and buying process painless.

Amanda was amazing with helping me find my new apartment. She was very patient through the showing process and only brought me to places that fit my exact criteria and price range. Amanda helped us sell a co-op for full asking price when there were several similar units in our bldg were also available. Our unit was not as updated at all, with Amanda’s advice we spent a very small amount to paint our unit, rip up the rugs and stage it accordingly to show its full potential. Much to our surprise we got 2 offers at full asking price!! Amanda is very skilled in helping sellers to make the most they can with the means that they have. Her professional acumen was top notched.
