I was searching for an apartment but was a bit nieve to the process. Then , I met Christiam Velez. She was very professional and courteous to the fact I was a first time buyer and had no idea what to expect. I was able to explain to her what my needs were in an apartment ie; location, price range
and other fine details. Ms. Velez was amazing!! She was not only able to find me an apartment that I wanted but through out the process was always there to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. She explained everything to me in such a way that made the whole experience of purchasing actually fun. Ms. Velez also referred me to a loan Officer Ms. Clarissa Chueire who was absolutely marvelous Throughout the financial process. I felt she really looked out for my best interest . I was also referred to my attorney Mandeep Kaur who also has been great throughout this whole processes. Iam happy to say that I close September 3
rd on a sale. I couldn’t have been luckier to have had these super team of women working on my behalf the whole step of the way. Thanks so much for everything. Highly recommend the team !!! 🙂
