Safiya Swan made my first home purchase very easy and handled it in a professional manner. I was using another agent before her who made me uncomfortable to express my ideas in terms of purchase price and what I’m looking for in a home. However when I was fortunate enough to meet and begin my
business with Safiya, she made me feel like my voice in the process mattered. She never made me feel like my asking price was automatically going to be rejected which is what my previous agent did. She offered her expertise and opinion yet never made me feel as if I would be wrong in stating my opinion. She was patient with my family and I as she showed us many homes until we finally found our house. Always available when we called on her and always able to put us first. As I’ve mentioned my last agent was more concerned with their commission as opposed to what would be best for my family and I. This wasn’t the case with Safiya. She was there with us to the end of the process and genuinely cared about making sure I got the best deal. I would suggest her to any of my family and friends.
