Deeon Brown is a results driven leader whose passion and determination is a direct result of lessons learned early in life. Born in New York City, he quickly learned how to sell, market and negotiate by developing entrepreneurial skills before he learned to drive.
Deeon serves as the Team Leader and Executive Director for Keller Williams Realty NYC Group with over ten years of experience in forward-thinking digital marketing and strategic brand development in real estate, hospitality, and retail.
Deeon isn’t new to the Keller Williams family. He owns a marketing and branding consulting agency that served as exclusive representation for Keller Williams Tribeca and a primary consulting agency for Keller Williams Midtown Manhattan.
Deeon holds degrees and certifications from Emory University (International Studies), New York University (Digital Marketing) and Santa Clara University (Business Development and Franchising). He has applied those skills to such brands as Adidas, Samsung and American Express. Deeon has been cited or authored articles for such publications as Business Weekly, Business News Daily and FOX Business. He also serves in directorship capacities on multiple non-profit boards.
Deeon’s primary focus is building agent production, recruitment and coaching. His accomplishments include leading company-wide change through policy and recruitment as well shaping the company’s public profile and building new marketing capabilities for revenue growth.
By enabling agents to reach more sellers and buyers, Deeon hopes to make the dream home ownership more accessible and businesses worth owning, a reality.
