33 Crosby Street

This 1904 Carriage House is a blank slate waiting for your creativity to make it your own. Located close to all village amenities yet on a quiet street, the possibilities are endless. This building is part of an original set of 3 lots that have been joined together, including a small vacant lot and a .75 acre Main St property that contains a large 1904 Victorian home that is a legal 4 unit apartment building. The 3 properties cannot be split up and must be purchased together. They are located in a Historic District and have maintained their historic character.
