I have found Vanessa to be a tirelessly hard working person of the highest moral integrity; she radiates goodness with a big smile and has looked out for my best interest! I couldn’t image going thru this experience without her she has just made my transition in selling smooth, especially since I am living in Florida and my coop is located in the Bronx! Vanessa took it upon herself to do open house, and show my apartment with me not being there! I have been working with Vanessa since May of 2018 on my home purchase and finally, after a number of crazy twists and turns, I closed on my co-op this past week. To say that I am overjoyed and excited is an understatement! I feel that Vanessa was extremely helpful when it came to knowledge of the areas that I was interested in buying in. Initially I was adamant about purchasing in the Bronx, however that changed and I moved my search to Yonkers. Through it all, Vanessa was able to keep me abreast of the information I needed to know about all of the locations, ultimately putting me in a position where I was able to select a space that was great for me in many ways (distance to work, school, family, and personal appointments). With regard to Vanessa’s process expertise and responsiveness – I’d like to say that my experience with her was stellar. I was in the know at all parts of my wildly extensive co-op process. I was confident that I had a strong board application after Vanessa worked on it step-by-step with me. I felt more than equipped with what I needed to know as I walked into my board interview. Additionally, I felt that Vanessa was amazing when it came to negotiating on my behalf. She was always able to let me know what was fair and what wasn’t when it came to the financial aspect of this process. As a whole, working with Vanessa meant that I had someone on my team that was knowledgable, experienced, responsible, and ultimately on my side through this entire process. I had a lot happen in my personal and professional life through these past few months, but we were able to make it work and now I am living in a space that I truly love. I can’t wait to work with Vanessa on my next purchase!

My husband and I recently sold our condo with Vanessa’s help. She was awesome to work with, very energetic and went above and beyond what I expected. Vanessa is very knowledgeable about real estate and helped us secure a solid offer and solid buyers within 2 days of listing the condo on the market.
