Steven M. Padernacht

Top noche professionalism from this company. Steven was able to walk me through the process of buying a home for the first time. Felt very at ease through the whole process.

Steven was such a pleasure and amazing to work with. He helped my husband and I find our new home and we would highly recommend him to close the deal!! I was very particular and had a checklist of what we were looking for, and Steven somehow got it all for us. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and on top of everything, which made the process of buying our first home such an easy process. I really appreciated that he was very thorough, informative, and explained everything in detail of what was needed throughout this process and is definitely an expert and passionate about what he does, which is rare to find these days. He even gave us great advice and recommendations for inspectors, real estate attorneys, what we needed to do to get a mortgage, and information for first time home buyers (STAR program), which I wasn’t aware of. We definitely will be working with him again.

Steve is very professional, honest, and reliable. I worked with Steve for a little over 6 months to find my dream home; in that time, he was very patient and knowledgeable, and he didn’t rush me to make an uninformed decision. Steve is very personable and genuinely cares about his clients – he is agreat negotiator and worked hard to help me find exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Steve is an impressive Real Estate Agent, and I highly recommend him.
