Peter McCormack is a multi-talented professional with a rich and diverse background. Born in Philadelphia and raised in County Donegal, Ireland, Peter developed a deep appreciation for his Irish heritage, which he passionately shares with his six children.

Peter’s career began with a distinguished 25-year tenure in the NYPD, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant and served on the Hostage Negotiation Team for 11 years. During his time with the NYPD, he pursued further education and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Training, and Development from Seton Hall University in 2008.

After retiring from the police force in 2016, Peter transitioned into the real estate and inspection industries. He became a licensed home inspector in New York and Connecticut, specializing in asbestos assessment, mold assessment, termite inspections, radon testing, sewer scope with camera, and water testing. His commitment to education continued as he became a licensed instructor for home inspectors. In 2021, he expanded his professional repertoire by becoming a licensed real estate agent in New York State. Additionally, Peter is a licensed NYS Notary, providing further services to his community.

Peter’s personal interests are as varied as his professional achievements. He has been a Gaelic Football referee for 14 years, a role he thoroughly enjoys. An avid runner and cyclist, he finds great joy in outdoor activities.

Currently residing in Yonkers, Peter is dedicated to his family and community, striving for excellence in all his endeavors while imparting the values and traditions of his Irish heritage to the next generation.
