Latrisha is an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University where she graduated with honors and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Realizing her niche was in business she used her business savvy and great interpersonal skills to pursue a career in real estate. Latrisha’s introduction to the real estate industry began in college, when she was highly recommended to look into the industry because of her level professionalism and the exemplary service she provided as the lead of a clients services team at a four star resort. After college she moved back to New York and obtained her real estate license steadfast in this pursuit.
She started out as a part-time agent but soon discovered that real estate was indeed her passion and eventually turned into a full-time agent. Seeing and helping hardworking families and individuals buy their first home brings Latrisha immense joy and satisfaction. She also understands that being a minority broker and giving back to her community through service and one –on-one education is her responsibility.
