A native to Long Island, Kevin has lived in New York for much of his life. He is one of five kids and an uncle to nine nieces and nephews. He has a background in hospitality but after reading the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” he was inspired to move to Arizona in January 2014. At the time, the state was still rebounding from the Great Recession of 2007-2008. Seeing opportunity in one of the worst hit states during the subprime mortgage crisis, Kevin leaned into the economy that showed promise in central Phoenix. Investing in multi- and single-family properties had been his focus for years before moving back to New York and expanding his investment portfolio to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Understanding the tax benefits from real estate has allowed him to maximize returns from this asset class. He continues to search out undervalued projects for purchasing clients and enjoys providing guidance to sell side clients preparing an investment to attract the best offers.
Kevin served in the United States Marine Corp from 2002-2008 and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF1) in 2003, landing in Kuwait prior to the invasion into Iraq.
Kevin has a BA in Business Law from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a minor in Real Estate and a certification in Applied Data Analytics. He has been a real estate investor since 2015 and helps others get their start in investing. He is driven by creatively ensuring mission accomplishment and consistently making the effort to learn new things in real estate and beyond.
Kevin enjoys skiing, scuba diving, hiking, listening to podcasts, exercising, wine tasting, reading and sky diving. He has a Blue Lacy Dog that he adopted as a puppy and trained himself and is a fellow with the Leonine Forum.
