Where do I start of how amazing Julia was?! Julia since day 1 was very kind, professional, and caring. You can tell that she is not in the real estate business just for the business. This review is long overdue, and I apologize for the delay. Julia, and her husband Gregory are a warm couple (married), working together as a team of housing brokers. NYC is frenetic, and can be overwhelming at times. Housing, whether renting, or having the rare opportunity to purchase a place to call home in this vastly large city, also is one of the greatest challenges of living here. (and for those of you reading this review, who happen to live here, you know exactly what I am talking about). Julia, and Gregory went above and beyond, working in tandem, to help me navigate the arduous task of getting a mortgage, and finally own my own my place. I mean, I had never been a home owner; but with their support I bought an apartment in NYC… it is an awesome feeling. I can’t express my gratitude to Julia, and Gregory enough. Gregory and Julia Tsougranis are an AMAZING TEAM!
