Ismael Trinidad immigrated to New York City with his parents in 1962. He grew up in the boroughs of the Bronx and Manhattan. Although he initially started premedical studies at Columbia University School of General Studies, years later, he changed his major to Business Administration graduating from Monroe College in September of 2017 with a Degree in Business Management. It was his volunteer work at a local church as secretary and general manager that led to his exposure to the world of real estate development.
The local church called upon him to draft a business plan, hire architectural services for a concept drawing rendering of the proposed low-income development project and identify and retain a development partner for the project. This exposure fostered a passion for the field of real estate which he chose to pursue as a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty, with the hope to become a real estate investor and developer.
He intends to seek a master’s degree in real estate development from Baruch College.
