She had the flexibility and level temperment to deal with a series of late clients before me--unphased--and was the the only agent who provided me with the paperwork all NY agents are legally required to provide clients about their role as an agent. She was never, NEVER pushy about a sale, and provided a very comfortable environment to ask questions, address concerns, and the space to think as you looked around.
