Dani is no stranger to the concerns of new homeowners or to the challenges and uncertainties of relocating a family. Born in Israel, Dani moved to New York at the age of 9 with his family, and then to San Francisco at 12. He studied International Business at San Francisco State University before obtaining a real estate license and beginning his career in real estate sales and management with Pacific Monarch Resorts in San Francisco.
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at AKD Construction in Oakland CA from 2001 to 2011, Dani managed both new custom builds and remodeling projects for more than 100 homes and condominiums. Navigating the steep hills and Bay Area earthquake-code requirements provided Dani with invaluable experience spotting high-quality, well-built homes. In 2012, Dani returned to New York with his wife and 2 kids and bought a home in Eastchester. He brings his extensive experience in the real estate industry to where he has already established a stellar reputation for his dedication to customer service and his knack for negotiating successfully on behalf of his clients. Dani is fluent in Hebrew and Russian and prides himself on his ability to understand all of his customers’ unique needs and to find the perfect home at the best possible price for every client.
