Bruce has developed loyal and trusting relationships with a client base such as Mercedes Benz, Acura, Mazda, Freightliner, Nations Roofing, Bounce U, Interstate Lumber, Armonk Physical Therapy, Westchester Health Associates (Northwell Health), Bedford Professional Building, Wingstop Chicken Franchise, Eye Click, Utopus Insights and many more.

He has extensive relationships with SL Green, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, CBRE, Empire State Realty Trust, ABS Partners, GHP Office Realty, Mack-Cali and more. With the high level of experience, passion and commitment, Bruce has now added residential real estate to his commercial experience. Bruce started his career in a family-owned HVAC business where he built associations with prominent apartment and office building owners, builders, and contractors in the NYC and Metro Areas. Later, Bruce co-owned and operated Adzam Auto Sales, an automobile dealership in Bedford Hills, NY.

He established a loyal customer base that expanded through satisfied referrals and networking. Bruce is married with an adult daughter and son, who both live and work in NYC. He grew up in Scarsdale and has lived in Northern Westchester for over 30 years. Bruce is an avid golfer, played baseball, basketball and tennis and has sponsored and coached youth baseball and basketball and supports many local charities.
