Brian Leavy is on his second tour of Westchester after spending seven years in Astoria, Queens. After assisting thousands of people find new homes throughout the Five Boroughs, he is ecstatic to be back to his true home to do the same. From Yonkers to Carmel, Brian has lived and worked all over Westchester County. His knowledge of, and true love for, the County are two of his major keys in finding clients the perfect home.

Brian Leavy graduated from Iona College with a Communications degree and feels that truly listening to his clients’ needs is the most vital aspect of a successful search. Once all requirements are laid out he uses them as a compass to find the perfect fit.

After having a less than stellar experience when finding his family’s own first home, Brian Leavy is determined to ensure the easiest search possible for as many people as he can. Buying a home should be an ultimate satisfaction, but can seem overwhelming. Brian Leavy’s goal is to ensure the smoothest experience possible and will work as diligently as possible to make that happen.

Brian Leavy and his wife have beautiful twin girls at home in Greenburgh. When not working with clients he can be found with his family searching for new parks, stores and restaurants to explore.
