Alfred is unethical and shady as can be. We used him to sell our house but it failed because in order to be our Realtor he told us the house was worth $50K more then it was. He listed the house much higher showing us that he’ll get us top price so we selected him, but it sat on the market for a full year with 3 price cuts. He also told us he would only represent us but every offer we got Alfred was our realtor as well as the buyers realtor. To me that’s really fishy and when we called him out on it he said his buyers are the only ones giving us an offer. Right! We will never use Alfred again. He doesn’t have knowledge of the process, he doesn’t communicate in a timely and professional manner. And more than anything else he is not good at his job. He doesn’t go the extra mile. I don’t think he knows how to. Just look at how many houses he has sold or helped buy in the last year that will tell you how ineffective he is. Numbers don’t lie.
